the bell that rings when u open the door to the car doesnt work at all in my kar does anyone know how i kan get that to work? please be elaborate if u kan thankz for everything

That is handled in the CPU. It is probably a cold solder joint, a very common problem in our cars. I would suggest checking into teamfc3s.org, cold solder joint fix in FAQ. This will tell you where it is and what pins to re-solder. Of course, you could also get a new/rebuilt CPU if you wanted to.
