Probably gonna be part of the fuel system. Try the fuel pump first. Pull it out and see if the sock is clogged. At higher rps or full load if that sock is clogged it cant flow enough fuel.

hes clearly boost spiking. get the waste gate ported RIGHT NOW AND DONT DEBATE ANY MORE.

I am working whit the car today. by the way the car is in the garage for 3 years is not my daily drive i just working on it...
