First, it would be best to have the battery tested, and make certain the alternator is good. If both prove to be good, check for a draw when the ignition is off. You can disconnect the battery and let it sit until the next use, and if it starts fine, then there must be a draw.
Disconnect the negative terminal and do a test with an ammeter. Geez, I recommended using a 12 volt light to check for draw as some don't have a MM, or aren't familiar with amps, and got my head handed to me, so once again use an ammeter to check for a draw. The normal current drain on most vehicles should be about 25/75 milliamps or less. If the key-off drain exceeds 75 milliamps, there’s an electrical problem that requires further diagnosis. Start pulling fuses until you reach the circuit when the meter drops and continue from there.

I bet you just need a new battery. You can take it to pretty much any auto parts store and they will load test it to make sure.

battery terminals can manifest into so many wierd issues. Always have to keep after them. Our cars are around twenty years old. Seems like old wires get you more than mechanical issues.
