Banner ad in the way of searching. anywho spark issues

well,
i would be searching and sifting through different things about the topic but i cant seem to get around the banner ads that help fund the site.

my car has been down for some time awaiting a clutch. when i parked it, it ran fine and it started fine every time i went to just warm it up. well, its been sitting but started every now and then for about 2-3 weeks now. but i went out tonight and i have no spark. im going to check the fuses, plugs (even if fouled the rpms would jump a little), wires, ignitors.

anything you guys could think it might be off the top of your heads? thanks for your time and sorry for posting a thread, i couldn't get around the banner. im no stranger to searching and learning. i dont want to hear it. lol.

Check the EGI fuse... I can't think of anything else really (I have never heard of a failed CAS or coil pack.)

If that isn't it, follow the no start troubleshooter in the FSM.

yeah thats what i thought as well. the EGI cuts fuel and spark...? but i smelled gas when i got out. hmm, i dunno. thanks for responding. im still searching around but hopefully ill get it sorted out tomorrow.

its just free spinning. if the plugs were fouled. they would still jump in the rpms a little every now and then. they don't have that many miles on them. maybe around 1500 or so.

SHIFT-Reload or keep clicking through to other pages until you get the banner to stop doing that...

yep, check everything regardless.....and definately check the plugs themselves as they are the easiest things to replace IMO.
