I'm just about to install a banjo bolt to replace my pulsation Dampner, but I forgot which way the circular fuel line connection (between the fuel line and primary fuel rail) goes. Is it the more wider cut side toward the rail or away from the rail.

 

Actually doesn't matter, cause the Earls supplied aluminum crush washer should still seal it.

If it bothers you that much, the "wider" side would normal face the PD itself - face outside.
