So would it be best to just get a drop-in Air filter, a custom made airfilter(welds, etc...) or or buy an air filter(Apexi air filter with tube). There's just too many options to choose from. I have a guy that says that he'll create one for me(tube) all I'd have to do is buy an air filter and a MAF to which some air filters come with it. I'm judging between an Apexi and a drop in K&N filter.

exactlly. Exept not kidding. But if u want to keep the N/a get a streetport with the 3mm apex seal upgrade. Then the usual boltons (exhaust, headers,highflowcat, airintake.)

Remember to keep reliability in the picture here, N/A's will (under most circumstances) be much more reliable than a forced induction engine. But you wont get nearly as much power out of an N/A while keeping it in it's "Safe" zone.
