BADLY smoking turbo.. HELP!

BADLY smoking turbo.. HELP!
OK, the S4 turbo I just installed on my car is smoking like CRAZY out of the exhaust, (most noticable it idle) It smells like burning oil very badly.
There is no oil in the IC piping.
Bad seal on the turbine side??
Anyone have a spare seal or anything?? I can't afford a whole rebuild kit right now!
(PS, the oil return line is large, and goes downhill right to the oilpan, shouldn't be the problem)
