bad pressure plate??

How many of you guys have gotten a bad pressure plate when buying a replacement for the stock clutch kit? Just wondering because since I got my kit it'll work fine for the first 100 miles or so on a new friction plate but then it starts slipping for the first 15-30 minutes of driving. There's plenty of material left on the friction plate and there's plenty of fluid in the system. I would think it might be one of my actuators but this started after I replaced the pressure plate. I thought it was the friction plate but it's happened with the new one of those too, I didn't replace the pressure plate since it was only a few months old.

Thanks in advance for the input all ye rotary gods.

Check play in pedal. Possibly your throwout bearing is riding on the pressure plate and not allowing it to return all the way.
