Unhappy bad/no idle - TPS or vac leak?

I've been putting this off for a while and I've searched a lot, but wanted to ask about my specific issue. My car was having bad low idle issues and would die when ever I came to a stop unless I kept my foot on the gas. I bought a used tps, which fixed the idle when warmed up. It wasn't much better cold, but once warmed up, it idled better than ever, though a bit high. A few weeks later, and now it's dying again. Once warmed up, it idles roughly and occasionally dies. I think it may be affected by outside air temperature as it seems a little more stable when it's hot outside. It also bucks in first gear under ~2k rpm and 2nd under ~1500.

Also, the throttle acts like it has three modes only when driving: no throttle/coasting, normal throttle, and then there's this in between mode when I'm slightly pressing the throttle, trying to hold a steady speed. The exhaust sounds really strange, louder, "fluttering" I guess. It's steady and consistent, just weird. If I can get a video camera, I'll try to record it. This could be perfectly normal for all I know, but I thought I would ask.
