Bad injectors = running rich?

Could bad injectors cause a rotary to run rich?-assuming that the stock fuel maps are good, and the other ignition components are good-could cheap oem injectors cause fuel to be dumped into the exhaust?

Yes, an injector could stick open. Is this an MPG thing, or do you know the AFRs are rich?
