Well my car has been sitting for about a week or so and i was thinking should i try to crank it or not. It has a broken AST and im getting one sent but wont be here till tuesday or wensday. Will the AST affect anything starting or is it just a good idea to wait?

 

If you mean Air separator tank, that is an FD only part I think. Do you mean the coolant overflow tank? The one with the small hose coming off the radiator.

 

Its the little thing right under the radiator cap that has a hose coming off it.
