Bad flooding after installing 720cc secondary injectors

I'm in VA now and my car is in NJ with nopistons94 working on it. I have an 89' TII with a new turbo and all that was setup, but he installed 720cc secondary injectors and now it randomly gets flooded really bad. He says there was like gas coming out of the exhaust it was so bad. I don't see why this would happen even if the secondaries were bad since they dont even come on I thought at the startup. Any ideas on what it could be and how to fix it?

Did you touch the primaries at all? Are you sure the secondaries dont have a wire grounded by accident? I had this happen to me once when I ran new wires. Are you sure you have the harnesses connected to the right injectors?

Are they new 720's? I have had secondaries (1000cc) get stuck wide open on me and it would literally pour fuel into the engine.

Some 3-pronged clip behind the intercooler I think he said.
