Unhappy Back Again With Panel Gauges, And Fuse Issue 90 Fc3c, N/a

Thanks again Hailers for O-ring size for oil filter housing, no leaks, but I replaced fuse for battery, temp, oil press gauges, but after starting up, fine, but when I turned on headlights, gone again. Changed once again, and this time, no lights, it blew instantly. Checked all my grounds, to battery, to engine block, to transmission, all of them, even used emory to clean, just in case, and same. Obviously have a short, any idea on where to go from here? Electrical is tough cookie, but maybe someone has been through this. Thanks in advance.

I found that while I was changing out the o-rings in oil filter housing, I knocked off the connector to the coolant temp sensor and it was shorting against the engine. I re-read past threads, and remembered to start first, where I worked last. Searching and reading does it again.
