In regards to the BAC valve, cant I just block is off?? and if I did.. what would this do?? retaining the stock ecu system

 

You would have loss of idle control by the ecu.

The BAC valve is used by the ECU to regulate the idle. Removing it and installing a blockoff plate is a downgrade to the car as you will now have to do silly things to keep it idling properly (like jacking up the idle to a higher RPM). There is absolutely no gain in any way, shape or form from removing the BAC valve. Period. Removal of the BAC valve for the purpose of removal of the BAC valve is idiotic and breaks the car.

So yeah, while you could just block it off, you don't want to.

 

there's really no point in taking it off unless you literally have a race car that is trailored

 

If your looking to clean things up you can unbolt the coolant block from it and re-route the lines. The lines are there to keep it from freezing.

 

when you remove it, you save yourself a holy-moly 4 lbs off the car !!! you can't beat that !!!

I'm running no bac right now(didn't have one on the manifold when I got it). Its stupid. Only way it idles is ~1200 and it sucks at returning to idle.
