BAC help!!

Connect the bac to its electrical connector. Turn the key to ON. The bac should vibrate.
If it does not, then see if you have 12v on the electrical plugs black/white wire.
If it vibrates with the key to ON, it is working. Spray some carb cleaner in it while it vibrates and then dump the fluid. Repeat to your hearts content.
You could also ohm it out from pin to pin. It should read about 10-12 ohms.
