89 gtu, the guy I'm buying it from calls it a "bareblock mod" Anyway, he means he's removed absolutely anything having to do with emmisions, and there are a few things I'd like back and just wondering what is dependant on what to operate. For instance, i'd like the bac installed so I could start easier when it's cold, and still have the idle set at 750 rather than 1200 like it is currently. Is the bac dependant on any other systems that I would have to install to ensure proper and reliable operation?
