Ok since Ive gotten my FC alot of my Autox friends have been telling me I need to run my car. Now I have no objection to this since I indeed want to run it. My only problem is the 16 year old suspension and motor/trans mounts. All are pretty worn, I can see the shifter moce forward slightly when I let off the gas and the engine will shake around alot if my idle gets too rough sometimes.

Should I be ok running my car, or should I be concerned about something breaking? This would be my first autox btw

 

engine mounts, trans and diff mounts should be inspected/replaced if necessary BEFORE power mods or any kind

stock suspension MIGHT work ok, not worried about something breaking up - in worst case u will see it does not handle
