You really need to be a lot clearer about what you want. So far it sounds like you want to wire an auto gearbox to a manual one. You planning on using both...?

i only have the starter wire hooked up when i did my swap, for the starter i beilive it is the bottom left pin on the 4 pin Auto Harness. to double check get a test light or volt meter, and have someone sit in your car with the key turned all the way, check each pin for 12v power once you find a + source have the person in the car release the key to ACC. and if the + power drops you got your Starter wire,

just get a male spade connector with about 6" wire run it from the 4 pin connector to the starter, need any more help just PM me, i might be able to explain it better. ( i suck at explain things )
