ok i have an 88 se fc and for some stupid reason my o.d. system only works half of the time it will just not work then u brake and it will work what gives i also noticed when it worked at 80mph i was at 3400rpm now im lookin at 5600rpm at 80mph so what should i do mazda wants too much for the o.d switch on the shifter and im not even sure if that is the problem

Buy a manual transmission!!!
