Auto - Manual pedal installation ??
Well, i finally got my pedals and such in, and I've been working on taking the old set out (what a B*TCH!) I was wondering, do I need to drill a hole in the firewall for the clutch master cylinder? by the looks of my automatic set i will need to do so, was wondering what you people who have done this step do. Also, whats the second switch on the clutch pedals? It's the one that is pressed when the pedal is fully pushed down.

On mine there was a plate that blocked of where the clutch mechanisim would go. All I did was take off the bolts and punch the plate out and put in the clutch cylinder.

Ahh, thanks much for your reply, i haven't taken the other set out yet and theirs a big black wiring harness blocking where the clutch will be right now, so I didn't get to see behind it. I will be starting on that tomorrow. Hopefully this install will go easy!

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
Heh
You think it was hard getting the old ones OUT....
Just wait!
There is a bolted in blockoff plate for the clutch MC, just remove it and slide in the MC. Good luck!

Yeah, you should know, you sold me the pedals! At first I was like, ugh, drilling, just what I need, but a block off plate sounds a ton easier. Anyway, hopefully I can get all the wires out of the way, I can get under the dash pretty easy, I have my seat removed and I lie upside down with my legs on the storage bins and I can get at it pretty well. We'll see how it goes. I have all the parts now, i just need to get some shifter boots & so forth, and then it's time for my engine!
