Lightbulb auto to five speed conversion

Im doing a five speed conversion on a 89 gxl. i have a 86 gxl as a parts car, but i was wondering if anyone had any slick tricks for dealing with the wiring. curently im stuck on removing the flywheel from the doner car, man what a pain i read a thread about it so i think im going to see if i can rent a impact wrinch.
any tips would be a grate help ,
