That would be your mirrors. You move it right or left for which mirror you want, and the 4 arrows are for which direction to adjust your mirrors. No wires under there at all? Any cut wires just dangling around?

First off...

Take 30 seconds and make your post readable, fer crissakes!

The AAS connector. Two possibilities. One is that the connector is tucked away under the carpet. Which means you'll have to pull out the driver's side seat (the wire comes across the driver's side floor from the CPU to the center panel,) pull the centerpiece that panel was sitting in and then lift up the carpet and nose around.

2nd possibility - you're not driving a GXL. Only GXLs had the AAS. And only GXLs had the AAS connectors on their rear wiring harnesses (this is at least true for 86s - I xferred the rear harness from my GXL to my GX after I discovered that the GX didn't have the connectors.)

Maybe a previous owner went out and bought your current center console from a wreckers. It had the AAS panel in it and they just let it sit there.

That switch below the AAS selectors is the control for your power mirrors (standard equip on GX and GXL, according to my 86 dealer's brochure.)
