Auto-5 Speed

I NEED HELP, okay, heres the story, I bought a 91' FC 5 Speed for $350 with tokico coilovers and groundcontrol springs, the car is a piece, but i plan on drifting in it anyways after too many close calls in my JZA80,

a friend of mine also a rotary guru sold me another junk fc with a good 13B, i now have 2 13B's and 1 FC to build up, soon after the same friend also gave me another FC, this time an 87' with auto and a bunch of preformance parts (powdercoated/port&polished intake manifolds, koyo radiator, intake, etc..) and a very clean body and block off plates 4 smog....

well, what should i do, can i do a auto- 5speed conversion from 91' 5-speed and put it into the 87' auto?? and just change out the coilovers and have the perfect FC? or is that inpossible and should i make the auto back to stock and sell it and junk the other car and start over with another car...

same guru might sell turbo FC from the same friend? willing to ask this guy for his time, but he's to busy to guide me step by step so i came here....can anybody point me in a direction?
