Mine is set at 83 C or 182F.

Just wondering what others are using.

your fan is going to be running all the time... how so you know you set it to there? a **** on the thermostat? or did you watch an aftermarket gauge and then turn it on when it got there?

I set mine at 83 degrees C/ 182 degrees F as well. Works well for me since it can get up to 110 degrees farenheit here in sacramento. I also have a Black Magic fan. I use my WOLF 3D to control when the fan comes on.

LOL!
See Fatty's answer.
I use my Wolf as well.

Scott: the fan does basically run all the time. Is this overkill. Can/should I set it higher so that its running less. My water temp rarely reaches 200 F...
