Exclamation attention al rx-7 goo roo's

this is "Tri Turbo 3rd Gen" my internet has been down, so i haven't been on in awhile. I have found and 2nd gen rx-7 w/ 170,000 miles, interior is mint and white body has a few dings, it is a 5 speed 2+2. The guy says it has a fuel leak, and i think it my be the pulsation dampener, when i started it i went to 3,000 rpm's and then went down to around 2 and stayed there. It sounded fine, he is asking $500, i am pretty sure it is worth it, do you guys have any ideas of what could be wrong.

I really need your help thanx.

Also, does anyone know if it has 50/50 weight difference front to back, and if not would taking out the seats make this so ?

And what should the compression be on a good engine?

Thanx guys

Those rear seats weight nothing, 10 lbs or so. Taking them out is almost useless plus you would have to find rear storage bins and everything else to go in thier place. Maybe your insurance would give a discount, but I doubt it ( my dad had a 2 seater 300ZX and it was a bit more to insure then the 2+2 )
The idle going up to 3000 then dropping is normal by the way.
