okay im getting in my RB presilencers friday and i want to do the atf trick while i have it sitting there but i have a couple q's

1) what things will i need to replace after doing this i know i need to replace the plugs for sure.

2)should i do a oil change after this

 

start it after the ATF with the current plugs then change them after running it a bit.

not a bad idea to change the oil, actually a pretty good idea
