ok what you do is you pop the hood and go to the fuses on the drivers side you look for the EGI fuse and pull it out
then you go and try and turn on the car for about ten seconds stop and let the starter rest for 30-45 sec then do it again and repeat about three times
then put the fuse back in and start her up.

If that doesn't work (my car was soooo flooded) tow it or push it took about a mile of pushing to get mine to start.
1 Get the car up to speed about 20 or so
2 key in on position
3 Drop the clutch in third or second gear
4 let it turn till it goes on its own accord (this is where being pushed comes in handy you can get on it a little to make sure you run all the gas out of the chambers)

oh wait while you are cranking the engine with the fuse out you need to have the gas pedal to the floor. I mean all the way possible. this makes all that gas get out of the chanmer. if not do it again and pull the spark plugs out so the excess gas gets out faster
