Ashtray ideas?

The one on my vert is broken anyhow, any of you creative souls come up with something useful (or cool) to do with the ashtray or the space?

If you put the top down..you don't need an ashtray???..
Then again I guess you don't smoke..lol!..(cigarettes......pass bong.. :p)

How about finding a small container like bottom for it and using it as a phone holder?
Or..using the top of the ashtray to hold a gauge.
