does the s-afc have the capabilites to adjust stock duty cycles?

Yup =) That is what happens when the AFM signal is changed by the AFC. That is why the mixture increases or decreases.

cool, im also planning on using the haltech f9 fuel comptuer for controlling additional injectors. its like 350 do you think that could do the job of the safc too? i dont want to buy both

one more thing what is a good duty cycle to run the stock injectors at? something to give me more fuel but not busting thier butts

I would just get the fuel computer from Haltech. I think with the stock 4 injectors and the Haltech running 2 more, it would be better than the AFC with larger injectors

sorry i made it confusing. i meant im not talking the haltech ek6, im talking about the haltech f9 fuel computer its an aic.

anyways, i was planning on running stock injectors with 2 additonals controlled by the f9. but i dont want to go to big on the 2 additionals. just wondering if that aic would let me control the stock duty cycle as well.

i dont want to buy all this ****

I would save my money and buy the Haltech E6K.
I learned the hard way about all of these "band-aid" devices.
I have gone thru 3 engines (J-Specs) in the last year while using a S-AFC, AVCR, and larger injectors.
This time I'm going to do it right! Build my own engine and get a Haltech.
That's no guarantee I won't blow this one, (especially the way I drive) but it is extra assurance.
