Apexi S-AFC 2 on reprogrammed ECU

I dont know much about the apexi S-AFC 2. Does anyone know if it is a good idea to put one on a reprogrammed ECU. My ECU had mild mapping changes to slightly lean the fuel and the rev limiter was removed.

The SAFC2 does what you ECU was remapped to do. My suggestion is either re-remap your ECU to stock specs or get a new ECU and pregram your A/F from the SAFC2. You'll have much more flexability and power to tune things with the SAFC2.

I think you need to bite the bullet and buy a wide band o2 meter. Maybe a Innovative? Or TechEdge? Or??? Then buy a SAFC. Then you can SEE on the wideband just what is going on and what the changes with the SAFC are actually doing instead of guessing. A SAFC without a wideband to look at ......could be a dangerous thing.

And, yes, R-7 run rich and NEED alittle LEANING OUT. NOT ENRICHMENT. My two cents.
