Question apex seals and very high redline

Is there a maximum rpm stock apex seals can go to before things start going wrong? What about better steel seals like these PHE seals I need to stay with steel seals as opposed to carbon because I plan on adding a supercharger and a small shot of NOS. But my redline will be around 9500 rpm thanks to the porting I plan on doing.

Are you sure your accessories would survive 9500 rpm?? I read a post where the guy revved his car to 9.5k rpm and his belts flew off. As to the seals, no idea but dont some race cars use stock 2mm seals??

hmmm...i dont really have any accessories. The only belts I have are the water pump/alternator. I have main and alt UD pulleys, so I dont think thats a problem. Also, this engine will be fully built to handle those RPM's.
