once the rotors housings are measured and confirmed at 80mm reduce the width of the apex seals to 79.95mm then crazy glue ( for metal) apex seals together on a slightly oiled surface(may be glass ,so its(apex seals are flat when glued together ) install rotor with apex seals installed over e-shaft inside rotor housing , then one at a time lift up the apex seals gently and install the large apex seal spring first, then install the small spring next (make sure you use Vaseline when you build the Engine) when you have installed the springs slowly press the apex seal into position and go on to the next one ,make sure the small piece of the Apex seal is installed up (towards the back of the Engine ,some times the seal glue will not hold very well if you are rough with the install ,but be patient and re-glue the seal and reinstall it into the rotor.......If you need help just call me at 1204 275 1589.........Fred
