apex seal installation trouble

ok, goddammit i am pissed!!

I have been messing with my engine, i am rebuilding it.
now i have everything ready to start putting it together,
infact i started, but i got stuck on the apex seals.

I CANT GET THEM IN, i mean i can get the seals in but when it comes to the secondary seal and the springs and the side ****, they keep falling out and stuff. its really annoying and its wearing my patience thin.

I was wondering if anyone who has ever rebuilt has any tips for me installing the seals.

Use copious amounts of Vaseline to hold them in place during assembly.

Ive seen videos where RE Amemiya uses zip ties to hold the apex seals in place. Looked like it worked very well.
