Apex BOV adjustment

what do you guys adjust yours to? i have done a search and ppl say to adjust it until the idle drops a little then tighten it a litttle. i have also heard that some ppl adjust the screw all the way in and then loosen about 1-2 turns. just wondering. thanks.
