anything i need to worry about

i finally got my car running after 7 months of working and stress and i was wondering is there anything i need to worry about at this moment before i take it out for a drive?

Well if it has been sitting that long not run you might change your oil, and maybe even your gas... You might think about lubing the apex seals a bit , but i think thats if they have been sitting for a year +. Someone else can chime in with that one..

If the gas tank isnt filled up already.... try and put 5 gallons or so in it. After that long... the gas has started to seperate and water will come out... and sediment and **** will get near the pump sock. Put some fresh gas in there to "mix" with the old and should help keep it running clean.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to do an oil change soon, and check all other fluids.

hey thanx alot guys i never thought about the gas thing and just wondering how would you lub the seals without taking it about ? just let it run and let the oil do the lubing thx

Might be a good idea to put a little bit of pre-mix oil in there. Not the normal ratio, but a bit less. Just to help give those seals a little bit of extra lubrication incase there is some **** collected in there.

Just a thought- check the battery voltage level. And make sure the alternator still charges properly.

ok heres a nother thing i checked everything and it all looks fine but its ideals really ruff when it worms up and when you push on the gas the ideal stays for like three seconds and it lacks power but i cant seem to find the problem also i sealed the extension manifold but broke the fare right end of put it back on also its not fixed i just bolted it on do you guys think that might be the problem please help i need it thx.
