anything i need to disconect b4 changing 02 sensor and fuel filter???

Question anything i need to disconect b4 changing 02 sensor and fuel filter???

i was wondering if i need to disconnect any wires or fuses when changing tha o2 sensor or the furl filter...???

Don't forget to depressurise the fuel system b4 u disconnect the filter! Fire hazard...

Disc the EGi fuse and crank the engine and let it run till it dies off..

Good point, but that won't work because the fuel pump is not powered through the EFI fuse. You need to unplug the fuel pump plug at the back of the car.

He's still gonna get a good amount of fuel coming out. Just have a cup of small bucket ready. Which fuel filter are you talking about? High pressure (driverside engine bay) or low pressure (in tank on fuel pump)? If it's the high pressure one and it's never been change it'll be a pain to get those fuel lines off. They're gonna be real stubborn. I use pliars and clamp and twist to help break them loose.
