I insisted on having an S5 in my 88 vert so now my mechanic has to remap all the plugs and convert the S4 car to the S5 engine harness. I am porting the wastegate and all the other mods like fuel cut defenser, pump etc.
I know the alt needs a power wire not supplied. Anyone undertaken this nightmare can give me the long and short of it? My mechanic is an RX veteran and his guy reads schematics very well and they obviously have the diagrams. We counted the connections and there are around 30 of them maybe. I'm sure this has been done by someone here.
