I think this is the first thread bms has posted without getting flamed to high heaven! I think it looks nice, though it looks like it ran into a wall, sort of flat to me, but I like it

Sonicrat, you are right! The bumper is from a 94+ integra, and yes I just cut the top section off (new bumper), and glassed the top half (cut in half) of the stock ser4 bumper to it. It took a lot of patience but wasnt really very hard. It could be done just the same with the stock popup lights.

IMO, if you refined that a bit... you could make some molds and start a new "line" of front's...

hey boost, well this does seem to be the first body kit or modification thread of yours that i haven't seen rice at least once. i don't post on those because i think it's your car and well as long as you can back it up (which with that nice front mount it seems like you can) i don't care what it looks like. with that being said i realy like that frontend!! it looks great

It looks good below the trim line, but I would have kept the pop-ups.

the front of your car looks very flat. kinda odd.
And your car looks so tall.
The bumper looks fitting for a 180sx because of the turn signals and the curves on it.
If you made a headlightless CF hood, I bet BOOSTD 7 would buy one from you.

your car looks like the typical rice i see driving down the street with terrible fitment, u really gotta work on the fiberglass, also i would change your integra-ized FC into a non integra color, or maybe just buy an integra, put your FC back to stock, and sell it to someone who has taste JMHO

If you can't say something nice, STFU before I rip out your tongue, beotch.

Anyway, good job Fred. I can't wait to see what you start pumping out once you get more exp. with CF!

IMO, while it is your car and the fitment is done well, i think the overall car looks like someone took an FCand beat the hell out of it. it is mishapen so badly that it no longer looks like one. in the bottom picture, if you look carefully you can see that it looks similar to a foxbody mustang. it looks like you couldnt afford to rplace your headlghts so you put in some generic ones inplace (seen this done worse though)

hey it is your car andyou have a right to do what ever you want with it, but (as a STFU disclaimer) i have a right to my opinion, and I think it looks like total ***.

I think you are very creative and while you arent as good as some with your CF and fiberglass, I know that someday you will be good at it and you wont have to steal parts from hondas to modify your car, and then the FC community wil have one more valuable resource.

i write a lot of run-on sentences.

Justin

i would have to completely agree with RX-7Impreza, you took away what makes the RX-7 so beautiful, the sleek lines, the flowing body, its like you emphasized all the wrong parts of the car, if u did it the right way, you would put bigger fender flares, lower the stock front, put a nice wing on the back to make the STOCK circle tail lights stand out, put sideskirts that still look very stock but just let the front lip flow more into them, and do the same with the rear bumper, and also lower the car properly, its almost as if you took a tall car, which the FC is stock, and brough the ground to it, instead of bringing it to the ground, you can make it look good, but first i would deintegrasize such a beautiful machine. i applaud your effort, just not your style.

How does he steal parts from honda's? Using a H22 Exhaust valve for a waste gate door was a great idea.

Its Large
It can resist the heat
Its freaking cheap

I think people comming up with ideas like this ARE a valuable resource

WTF does getting better with CF and FG have to do with using honda parts?

And you know what else, if you dont like what his car looks like, so what, to each his own, he didnt build it to impress you, you can have your opinion, but u dont have to express it to everyone else

no, im refering to you telling me that im not entitled to my own opinion. Seeing as how this is a forum, and he opted to put his picture up, he is then agreeing to allow people to criticize whatever it is he posts

I think he was referring to the taillights, and the integra front bumper.

the taillights i can understand, but the bumper isnt the same anymore, he modified it, made opening wider, and a few other things, i know it looks similar, but its not the exact thing any more
