bah, they are just adjustable springs. I had a buddy with them on his car and they sucked ***. I guess if you don't plan on doing anything with your car but DD it then you should be fine. I suggest a good strut though to keep from bouncing.


In the end, just buy a drop spring and call it a day.

Ground control get their springs form Eibach. Its a good kit especially for someone on a budget. You can also custimze your spring rates if you wanted. The springs are not like stock or stock replacements that are progressive wound, so the ride is a lil harsher.

I used to have a 93 sentra se-r, there were nt too many coilover choices for that car. Custom coilovers made from gc coilovers and koni shocks were regarded better than stuff like the lower end TEIN lineup

Bouncey? Which spring rates did you get, which shocks do you have? Are they still good?

Coilovers arent for comfort, so you got to expect it to be a little rough
