Part numbers look to be right. Do you happen to know the heat ranges?

For what it's worth, DENSO Find Your Plugs does list these part numbers for '86 and newer RX-7s. And the DENSO Plugs page from Mr Styx matches these to the NGK10A and 11A listed in the '88 owners manual. Go figure.

Oh, so these are some pretty "cold" plugs right? I plan to Auto x my car more this summer so, I appreciate the info. Still, anyone actually use them? I thought I looked them up in the dudes book and it said they should work for a TII as well.

Honestly I don't remember how much they were... I wanna say I got enough for 4 complete changes, or maybe just 2. I think they were like $5.50 a plug. I THINK.

Whats even a good price?

I use the autolite racing AR3931 with great results and they're 4.00 each.

As I got tired changing the NGK's every 6-7,000 miles, many years ago I thought I'd try the Denso Iridium in the S5 TII. After 570 miles trailing number 1 went out, got my money back and installed the NGK. Could have been a fluke, but haven't tried a different brand since.

they look to be mimics of the ones that mazda put a TSB to phase out after they installed them in a number of 1988 model cars, the plugs gave hot starting issues. the plugs are too cold in range and they have no self cleaning capability which gives the plug a place to accurately fire to. more importantly the gap is just too large.
