I really want the mazdaspeed leather shifter, but corksport says it only fits on s5 shfters, is there anyway to make it work? (I have the s4 mazdatrix short shifter)

 

You can just get a S5 shift rod. The threads are different between the S4 and S5 rods, but they are interchangeable. If you use a S5 rod, you can use shift ***** that will fit FDs and Miatas as well.

 

your **** threads are 12x1.5mm
S5 **** (and mazdaspeed one) are 10x1.25mm

if u don`t want to hack anything, u should get rid of mazdatrix shifter and get mine with S5 threads ;o)))

 

i'll trade you my s4 mazdtrix rod for your s5 custom rod I'll buy one of your alternater pulleys!!!

well i think i'm gonna get a momo anatomico which is the same shifter as the mazdaspeed shifter.
except it's 40 bucks. and the mazdaspeed one is ... alot more.
