I bought a panel off this guy "xochifuquarx7" On e-bay. Anyone know who he is?

He doesn't seem to want to send my part and responds to my messages with retarded answers . For example, I asked him if he plans on shipping it out or if I could have a refund to buy from someone else. He said, "parts been taken care of." I have a claim open with paypal but they seem to want to give the guy forever just to respond.

Do you guys know anyone else who sells these panels, with out any holes?

 

Yeah, there's a number of threads on him in good guy/bad guy. Basically, some people have had problems with him. He is a dick his customers, but I'm pretty sure everyone has gotten their part eventually, though it took a bit in some cases. Try starting this thread in the good guy/ bad guy section, you will get more answers there.

Paypal refunded me $17.51, out of $42.51 and I get this from them like they don't know AI only got $17.51. With a case open for like 3 weeks now.

"Paypal has refunded you so I will call UPS to halt delivery of part that is currently on hold in San Diego UPS facility. Sorry for the inconvenience."
