Anyone installed an HKS EVC IV?

I just picked one up and I have some questions? I'm installing in my "87 TII, current mods are HKS intake and FCD, midtrain downpipe with new O2 sensor. gutted cat. My questions are, where is the best spot to mount the valve unit and control unit? Can I bypass the learning mode step? What is a safe setting for high boost? What's a good setting for low boost? What is scramble mode about? Please help.

I did.

I installed my to the best of my ability because I didn't get instructions. I followed my buddy's EVC-III. I mounted my controller to the right of the steering column and the other box on the right front shock tower on the aft side where the charcol canister used to be. As far as setting, I don't have the instructions so I run mine with power off, stock boost.

I have one question for you, where did you plug in the third connector, the four prong one that has no harness in the box.

The 4 pin connector is for an optional scramble boost trigger switch.
