Anyone have any ideas?

I have a s4 turbo II and plan to rebuild the engine beginning this winter. I have many hopes and dreams for this engine, but i can't decide what to do. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this engine as strong as possible. I want to have a super strong, fast spooling engine that can take a beating. Right now i'm open for any suggestions or ideas. Any and every way to squeeze every last drop of horsepower out of this. I know that the one thing i for sure plan is to mill the rotors to 3mm. So anyone with any info let me know, i don't care if its internal mods or external. Just let me know what works the best....Thanks

Dante

i beleve 3 mill is an exelent choice especialy for high milage rotors and hey who knows when you will get a bad tank of petro.

if you want a built motor go with hardened gears.
high pressure oil pump race barrings and any other goodys from racing beat

Personally, I'm a little skeptical about a turbo engine being to super strong and take a beating while being reliable in the long haul.

I guess if you don't mind the increased frictional losses.

IMO, if the motor is going to be tuned and running to the point of worring about a single bad tank of gas, chances are it will not be reliable in the first place and 3mm seals won't fix that.
