Question Anyone have any idea what BOV/BPV this is?

As the title states, I found a blow-off/bypass valve in my storage closet that was for one of my old FC's and I can't find any information about this brand. I remember that I bought it from Japan though, so it's a JDM brand.
I attached a pic.

Anyone recognize it?
