I don't like the air gap in the middle of the spoiler. IF the inside of the spoiler was filled like the side I would be interested.

Hi guys-
As of now they are ready to go. At the most, if the demand is still high, it might be a few days in production.
It depends how you mount it, we take the plastic belly pan off and replace it with an Aluminum one. This splitter dropped our water and oil temps8-10 degrees just by installing it. I am sure either a Aluminum "box" can be fabbed up to work with the stock pan or you might be able to make it work with the stock pan. Honestly we have never tried.

Depends on how you fill the hole. If there is any way you or someone else can photoshop one of the pics to give us an idea of how it would look, it would help some of us decide I think.

If that's how it would be done, then YES, I personaly would rather have that. It appears to me that the entire lip all the way around would be smooth. Or, are there still the lil fang looking edges?

Demonracer, I'm sorry if you've already answered this, but I didn't see it so I'll ask anyway.

How do the members get the special price?? Do we just e-mail you, or do we go to the site and add it to the cart and just send the 175.50 or what?

Thanks,
jeff

Hehe I got about halfway done and saw that you did it.

I like that splitter, but I don't think it would last long on the front of my car. I'm already afraid to drive my FB cause its lowered and has an airdam.

I like the "filled in" version much better. How long would something like this take to change the original form?

Mike
Thanks for the picture help (again)!

Jeff-
Excellent question. Just Pay Pal it seperately to sales@demonspeed.com ($175.50)

Depending on when everyone orders they can be produced flush rather quickly. Just let us know. Thanks!

Quicky q.

Since my car is already black, how glossy is the FG? Is it a bolt on affair? Keep the stock underengine cover?

2 Questions

1. What color is it? I think you mentioned Black.

2. How much would it cost to get one of those aluminum underpans that you guys use?

It is Black, slightly glossy. The close up picture of it on the Yellow race car might give you a better idea color wise.
We recommend bolting it on, yes. It creates a good bit of downforce and should be attached with some nuts and bolts and some fender washers, one on top and one on bottom.
The Aluminum pan is so big it would probably have to be trucked and that would cost more than its worth. I might be able to make a cardboard template and send it to you? Thanks-
Douglas

After some closer inspection of the photos. I noticed a possible problem with the fit. Adjusting one of the photos above reveals a not so perfect fit. I would think that this could be fixed fairly easy. Ecspecialy if they are going to make a new mold to fill in the mid section.

You are correct! I edited the photo. It was originally like the below photo. The adjustment required only a drum sander and my drill, along with about 15 minutes.

turboIIforever-
Its just really an Aluminum version of the Stock plastic one, just a little bigger. Keep in mind we compete in SCCA ITS Racing and we want everything sealed off and want to force a lot of air through the Radiator and Oil cooler in addition to creating significant downforce. Some of these things arent really suitable for daily driving.

Mike-
Let me know what you had to do to fix yours. We have never had a problem with fit at all. Maybe the mold has been fixed since you purchased yours?

Any questions please let us know. Thanks guys!
