We all know the trim around the radio breaks all to easy and they cost too much to replace. Has anyone ever tried to make one from scratch, balsa wood or something..then fiber glassed over it? Im thinking of doing this...was wanting feed back or pics of simular projects.

making your own would definatly be a money saver. if you take your time i bet it would come out pretty sweet!
