I spoke to him years ago and he said he could. He use to resurface irons for the rotary engines in snowmobiles back in the day. He also said he could balance the rotating assembly. I never got around to have him do any though. Again this was atleast 6-7 years ago. Doesnt hurt to try and call.

Edit: IIRC he uses the same tool he uses to deck a big diesel block, the surface grinder stone was like 18" diameter. It was like $40 a face.
