anybody have this problem before?

ive done the na to tii swap and everything went good except for timing, L1,T1,L2 are all on yellow (first) mark on timing pulley, only T2 is on opposite side of pulley.
from what ive gathered, L1 should be yellow, T1 should be red, and rotor 2 should just be on the other side of the pulley. any similar situations? solutions?

TPS is misadjusted or bad - this causes the zero split problem you're having.

Everything else is NORMAL.
