Any problems with my my NA build up?

Here is my goal for my engine build up,please feel free to add any HELPFUL ideas or parts missed.
I have a 87 sport model with a 5sp.
I want to swap a s5 block that will be fully rebuilt and streetported as big as a sixport can get(by RR&R in Santa Ana CA). I want to add a 75hp wet shot of NOS and have a Apexi SAFCII for fuel. I want to basicailly use all my S4 stuff and just bolt it on to a S5 short block. I plan to use a ball hone (maybe extrude honed is it worth it?) to clean up the upper& lower intake manifolds as well as port matching them. Pineapple sixports sleaves will also be used. Any sugestions on injectors sizes? Also are RA apex seals ok for 75 HP shot?If not what apex seals should I go with? Is 180+HP a reasonable guess? I also have RB header/silencer to a 2.5 single to a 2.5 muffler(should I change this up?), SR Motorsports ALM flywheel.Any expericed help is welcomed! Thanks.

Your apex seal's will be fine. On a side not if you go with a 50 shot dry you can keep your stock injector's and only have to upgrade your fuel pump.

I am not a big fan of dry shots. BTW that reminds me, will a walbro 255 drop in and be ok?

Mazda apex seals ok for 75 shot? I think the mazda seals will last longer. I would like this motor to go at least 50,000 miles.

I'd get hardened stationary gears if you're going to spray it. I'd also do a T2 drivetrain swap if you don't want to bust something.

S5 engines already have hardened stationary gears.

It'll be fine. If people can take a NA and run 12's with a stock NA driveline, it'll fine for 230HP after a shot. It also depends on the driver and clutch.

Ask Landers what power he was making on a TII engine/NA driveline daily and what modifications he had done to it.

S5 block is a good thing. Alot of people have found gains using the s5 UIM and VDI port matched onto the s4 LIM.

For streetports don't look for big, but efficient. Aka Kahren ports, check them out . I'm sure he'll sell a template but still unless hes doing it. You can't expect the exact results.

75 wet-shot of nitrous isn't a bad plan. Check into a fuel pressure regulator, an upgraded fuel pump (any will work), and make sure you have a good clutch . Don't forget the little add ons like a bottle heater and opener.

Pineapple sleeves aren't bad, but make sure they are secured in the engine, they have instances where builders have had them drop into the engine :O.

RA seals are fine but what's better then Mazda? Its up to you really.

RB header/presilencer isn't a bad idea, but if you have a single exhaust you want bigger piping compared to 2.5", somewhat like an GTSpec or Apexi N1, Corksport will do but will be very loud. And that is of course if you want to stay single.

180 can happen with the SAFC and ****, keep in mind that you'll need a dyno or a wideband to tune it and a good clutch to keep with that nitrous power. !

Good luck and have fun!

Thanks for all the input, I will try to fill in the gaps real quick. On the car now is the following, RB header/silencer to 2.5straight to fart car, damn near as loud as corksport, ACT extreme PP s/s full disk SR motorsports ALM flywheel. RR&R has a dyno I will trying it out on. After research I will be using mazda apex seals/springs and fd corner seal springs my source will be mazdatrix for the most part. What injectors are the biggest I should go with? I think I will be trying the s4 LIM to S5 UIM, unless I need a airpump, mine is long gone. If I use the S4 LIM I shouldn't need anything more than the exhaust back pressure right? BTW marry xmas and thanks for the help!

Don't bump your posts for one.

RB Header/Silencer to a Corksport exhaust is NOT recommended for a streetport where they remove the exhaust diffusers (in my opinion anyways). Magnaflo 7" long mufflers have alot of packing and are straight threw, check into that for a custom single.

550cc secondaries are the biggest depending on the streetport. Check how much the 460cc's are flowing before you switch. Depending on the streetport you might/might not need them. It's all about fuel pressure maintence.

I don't know where you got the LIM for backpressure ****. If your presilencere has a split air tube that will actuate the 5th and 6th ports. You'll need an RPM switch to arm the VDI.

Good luck.
